The meeting can take place either at our studio in Al Quoz or onsite. During the meeting, we will discuss and determine the specific requirements of your project or products, including size, budget & style preferences. A Quotation or Design Fee document outlining the deliverables and associated fees will then be provided.
If your project is for our interior design or styling services our concept development stage focuses on creating a suitable look & feel for the interior that aligns with the property location, your personal or brand preferences, and functional requirements. We will present our proposed layout plans in CAD along with an initial ‘Look book’ presentation explaining the style direction for the subsequent Schematic stage.

In the schematic design stage, we take an approved concept and further develop the design by selecting materials and creating samples. We produce multiple 3D visuals of the defined spaces and analyze each room in detail. Additionally, we begin preliminary FF&E selections, which include custom designs as well as products sourced locally and internationally.
The detailed design stage is where we document the interior architecture of the property. We provide a technical set of detailed CAD drawings and specifications that are necessary to start the BOQ & tendering process.
Known as the “Post Contract” stage, this optional service is crucial in bringing the tender package to life. Our project management site team is dedicated to maintaining quality and ensuring that your best interests are prioritized until the project is successfully completed.
As an optional service, we provide accessory sourcing and final styling during the last stage of your project. We curate decorative accessories, artefacts, books, kitchen accessories, and bed linen from both local and international suppliers, tailored to your budget and vision. Styling the final product adds vitality to the project, and we can incorporate your existing belongings or create an entirely new look for the space. With our own unique home decor products crafted in our studio, the possibilities are endless, allowing us to create bespoke items tailored to your personal taste.
